How to Search Products
You may search for products on our web-site three (3) ways: by Product Category – choose a product category from the left-hand side, vertical navigation bar to see toys of that particular type or choose a broader category from the top, horizontal navigation; by Toymaker – choose the Toymaker link located in the top, horizontal navigation bar to search for Toymakers alphabetically; or by Key Word Search – type keywords or Toymaker name in the “Search” text box. 

When you see an item that you are interested in, click on the item name or photograph to learn more about the item, including the story of the toy, information about the ToyMaker, a collection of photographs and the price. Clicking on each image located on the Item page will further enlarge that image.

Merchandise Availability
pucciManuli is proud to offer you unique, hard to find handmade toys from all over the world. As a result, many of the items we sell are only available in limited quantities, require significant production lead times and/or are custom made-to-order.

Next to each item, you will see the shipping cost and duration. If the shipping duration says: “Immediate,” this means the item is in stock and is usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the shipping duration shows a number of weeks, this means that we are waiting to receive our order from the ToyMaker and/or it is a custom or made-to-order item. When an item is no longer available, we make every attempt to remove it from the web-site immediately. Colors and Variations
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our web-site as accurately as possible. The actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. It is also important to note that since the vast majority of our products are created by hand, there will be variations between the example item that is pictured on our web-site and the item created by the toy maker specifically for you. We ask that you delight in these variations, as they make your toy truly one-of-a-kind.

How to Order
You may order from us online anytime, by calling 1-484-466-2067 Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, or by faxing us your order page and credit card information to 1-484-466-2437 (please note, your order is not confirmed until you click the “Confirm and Place Your Order” button).

Ordering Online:
When you see an item on our web-site that you would like to purchase, please specify the style, size and/or color if required, then click the “Add to my Basket” button, which takes you to your “Shopping Basket” page. Confirm the item that you selected on the previous page is listed in your shopping basket and select the quantity you wish to order. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue shopping or select “Proceed to Check-Out” to begin the purchasing process.

To change a quantity or remove an item from your shopping basket, go to “My Basket” located in the top, horizontal navigational bar. When your basket page appears, change the quantity of the item or click on the “Remove” link next to the item you wish to remove. Once you have modified your shopping basket, please click on “Update Your basket” to ensure your changes have been captured. You can then continue shopping or click on “Proceed to Check Out.”

When you check-out, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, billing information (including credit card information), and shipping information. You will then be shown the total amount of your order including sales tax (if applicable) and all applicable shipping charges. Please review all of the information for accuracy before clicking “Confirm and Process my Order.” If you need to change or correct any information, please go back to the appropriate pages, make the necessary changes/alterations, and reinitiate the checkout process.

Once you have submitted your order, an order confirmation page should automatically appear on your screen. If you do not see this page, your order has not been received. Please resubmit your order or call us at 1-484-466-2067. If we have a problem processing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

After you have placed your order with us, we will forward you an order confirmation e-mail within 24 hours confirming that we have received your order. When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that identifies your package’s tracking number. If you do not receive the “Order” or “Shipping” confirmation email, we may have a problem contacting you be e-mail. In this event, please call us at 1-484-466-2067 with your order confirmation number.

Pricing and Corrections
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our web-site. However, errors may occasionally occur. While these errors are wholly unintentional, we reserve the right to make corrections to price and/or other information without prior notice. In addition, due to the exclusivity and limited availability of many of our items, we reserve the right to limit the purchase quantity of select items per client.

Gifts
Our standard packaging includes a gift box tied with a double-faced, satin ribbon. In addition, we offer you the option to add one of our complimentary handmade gift cards with every item you purchase. To request a gift card with your item(s), please select “Yes” from the pull down menu located next to the item name in your shopping basket. If you are purchasing multiple quantities of the same item, you will have the opportunity to request the corresponding number of gift cards you would like for that item.

As you may know, not every product we sell fits into a gift box. With oversized items, we tie a satin ribbon around the alternate packaging (or the item itself) and include a pucciManuli tag, letting you (or the recipient) know the item was purchased from pucciManuli.

Gift Certificates
The freedom to choose a gift that indulges one’s own personal passion is a gift in and of itself. A pucciManuli gift certificate allows recipients to select their very own ‘special something’ from our remarkable collection of products.

You can choose a gift certificates in any amount between $25 and $1000. To purchase a pucciManuli gift certificate, please click here. You will have the opportunity to tell us: who the gift certificate is for, who it is from, and the amount you wish the gift certificate to be.  Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Gift Certificate Redemption
You can use your pucciManuli Gift Certificate to pay for almost any item sold by pucciManuli. To redeem your gift certificate, add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Basket and Proceed to Check-Out. You will be asked to enter the gift certificate code number (found on the actual certificate itself) in the “Billing” section of the Check-Out process. If the cost of your order exceeds the value of your gift certificate, we will charge the credit card number you give us during the Check-Out process to pay for the balance.

When redeeming your gift certificate, it is important to fill in the unique gift certificate code number exactly as it appears on your gift certificate. puuciManuli reserves the right to cancel an order, reverse a credit, or charge clients at any time for any unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of any gift certificate, or when any order is canceled or a credit card is declined.

Additional guidelines for gift certificate use are as follows:

  • Gift certificates must be redeemed through www.puccimanuli.com
  • Gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue
  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund
  • Gift certificates are not valid as payment for prior purchases, pending orders, or additional gift certificates
  • Gift certificates are not transferable and cannot be resold or auctioned
  • We're sorry, pucciManuli cannot replace, nor is responsible for, lost or stolen Gift Certificates or any unauthorized use
  • Any unused balance will be placed in your gift certificate account for future use
  • If your order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate you are using, you will need to pay for the remaining balance with a valid credit card.

Sales Tax
In accordance with regulations of the State of Michigan, applicable sales tax is automatically calculated, based on the total ordered merchandise value, shipping charges and delivery fees, on all orders placed by residents of Michigan.  Non-Michigan residents are not charged sales tax, but may wish to consult applicable tax laws in their respective states.

Shipping Charges and Delivery
We ship orders within the continental United States and Canada via UPS. We ship most orders outside the continental United States via UPS or the United States Postal Service (please go to our International Orders section for complete details or contact us directly for more information). Shipping rates are based on the total weight of all available and backordered items. Separate shipping charges apply to each “Ship To” address. For expedited delivery on oversized items, an additional charge will be applied.

Most “Ships Immediately” orders are processed and items are shipped within two (2) business days after receipt of an order. Weekends and Holidays are not considered shipping days. To estimate your delivery date, add the delivery time for the shipping method you select to the two (2) days needed for order processing. Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method selected, the season, and your distance from our offices in Royal Oak, Michigan.

Standard Delivery: Customary delivery time is 3-10 business days from the date of shipment. Please note, at this time, this is the only available shipping method available to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. If you would like to expedite your order to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

Priority Delivery: Customary delivery time is by the end of the 2nd or 3rd business day from the date of shipment. Standard, in-stock orders received before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time will arrive within two (2) – three (3) business days from the date of our email confirmation of receipt of your order; orders received after noon Eastern Standard Time will arrive within three (3) – four (4) business days from such time.

Overnight Delivery: Customary delivery time is by the end of the next business day from the date of shipment (goods usually arrive the next business day after the date of our email confirmation of your order). Standard, in-stock orders received before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time will arrive the next business day from the date of our email confirmation of receipt of your order; orders received after 12 noon Eastern Standard Time will arrive within two (2) business days from such time.

Note: Please make sure you specify a correct, current shipping address. Delivery is only ensured to the specified address, not to a particular individual.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or AFO/FPO addresses.

Note: UPS Signature Requirements – If you are not likely to be home when a package is delivered, you may try leaving a note asking the driver to leave the package with a neighbor or building manager or call UPS with your tracking number to ask that it be delivered to your business. UPS generally requires a signature upon delivery when:

  • The package is delivered to an apartment, condominium, or business
  • The package contents are valued at more than $150 
  • The driver feels it is not safe to leave the package

International Orders
We are happy to ship your order to almost anywhere in the world you and/or your family happen to be.  To place an order for delivery outside of the United States or Canada, please call us at +1-484-466-2067 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, fax us at +1-484-466-2437, or email us.  For fastest service, please provide a return email address and/or fax number as well as a telephone number.  Please do not send your credit card information via email.

The shipping method we use for International orders varies depending on the items you order. In general, we will ship all standard-sized items via UPS or the United States Postal Service and most fragile standard-sized items via UPS.  For all oversized items, we use the best means possible to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.

Timing & Duty Charges: Since international shipments are subject to verification, paperwork and certain credit card security checks, please allow up to 10 business days for your item to ship. All duties and/or taxes are the recipient’s obligation. The recipient will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT. If you have any questions, please email us for additional information.

Cancellations: 
Because international orders are subject to special security checks and export regulations, we reserve the right to cancel any international order. We will contact the client who placed the order to notify them of the cancellation, providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given to pucciManuli.  Cancellation reasons may include: 
(a) Payment cannot be cleared through the card details provided and requests for further information are not answered within a reasonable time frame
(b) Insufficient delivery address details are provided and we have received no reply to our request for further information
(c) Insufficient client details or delivery details are provided
(d) Risk of fraudulent transaction
(e) Order and order details conflicts with specific U.S export regulations

If you are a client living outside the United States with a billing address located in one of the countries listed below, and would like to place an order for delivery within the United States, you may place your order online using your credit card.

To track your package once it has been shipped, you may call UPS or the U.S. Postal Service with the tracking number provided in your Shipment Confirmation email. Special Delivery/Handling Requirements

If a special surcharge for oversized and/or very heavy items is applicable, the cost is shown on the Item page. The amount of the charge is added into the total price of the item. These items must ship separately from the rest of your order and may arrive in the Toymaker’s original packaging with a picture and/or description of the contents visible on the box.

Returns
We are very proud of the products we offer and want you to be completely satisfied. If your expectations are not met for any reason and you wish to return or exchange a standard unused item, you may mail the item back to us within ten (10) business days of receipt. Please note, custom and/or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Items returned must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging, with all accessories.

Return the packing list included with your shipment, confirm that it lists your name, correct address and daytime phone number. Please also fill out the Return Form on the backside of the packing list, identifying the reason for the return.
Insure the entire value of the package (for protection against loss or damage), and ship the package prepaid to the following address:

Please note, your original shipping costs cannot be refunded by pucciManuli. All shipping charges are the client’s responsibility (we will not accept C.O.D. deliveries). Credit in the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges, will be issued to the same credit card account as used in the original purchase. Please allow at least 21 business days from the date of return for the credit to be processed.
